Electronic information resources

Search in all database from one place with 360 Search

Under the license agreements, it is prohibited to use licensed electronic information resources other than for personal study and research needs. Mass data downloading from any source that evidently exceeds personal need or a data transfer from the source to other persons is considered as a violation of license conditions and may lead to blocking of the access to the licensed source for the whole university. Access to the licensed resources is permitted from computers connected in a computer network of the Mendel University in Brno.

Remote access to paid electronic information resources is possible through the access:

• proxy or VPN server.   [Instructions for connection to proxy]
• institution login (Schibboleth)
  - In database you must select institution login (Schibboleth), select correct region and our university - Mendel university. Then simply use your username and password.
  - Shibboleth is supported in: EBSCO host, Web of Knowledge, Scopus, CAB Abstracts, Biological Abstracts, FSTA, Science Direct and Nature.
