Managing boardPursuant to Sections 7, 14 and 15 of Act no. 111/1998 Coll., the University Act, new body was introduced at MUAF in Brno - Executive Council. Its responsibilties are to issue written agreements with legal acts executed by the university prior to their execution, such as acquisition or transfer of real estate items or chattel personal, creation of easement or pre-emptive right and establishment of another legal entity. Furthermore, it communicates its opinion on the university long-term plan and other matters presented by the rector or the minister of education, on unviersity budget, annual report and performance assessment results. Executive Council observes preservation of the objective for which the university was founded, exercising of public interest in the university activities and legitimate property management.
